All products supplied by us are intended for use only in accordance with their intended purpose and any instructions provided.

Product Use and Installation

Our products are designed for automotive applications; however, correct installation, fitment, and use remain the responsibility of the customer and/or installer.

We strongly recommend that products are installed by a suitably qualified person with appropriate knowledge and experience.

The customer is responsible for ensuring that any modification made to a vehicle complies with applicable laws, regulations, insurance requirements, and vehicle manufacturer requirements.

Motorsport and Competition Use

Unless explicitly stated otherwise, our products are not designed, tested, or certified for use in safety-critical applications, competition vehicles, or motorsport environments.

Any use of our products in motorsport, track, racing, or other high-performance applications is undertaken entirely at the customer’s own risk.

Product Suitability

Automotive modifications may affect vehicle performance, handling, reliability, insurance status, warranty coverage, and regulatory compliance.

Customers should satisfy themselves that any product is suitable for their intended application before purchase.

We cannot accept responsibility for:

  • incorrect installation;

  • misuse or modification of our products;

  • installation on unsuitable vehicles;

  • failure to follow supplied instructions;

  • damage caused by associated vehicle modifications.

Carbon Fibre Products

Carbon fibre components are manufactured using specialist processes and may contain characteristics associated with handmade composite manufacturing, including minor variations in finish, texture, weave appearance, or dimensions.

Such characteristics do not necessarily indicate a defect.

Customers should inspect products before installation and contact us promptly if any issue is identified.

Liability

Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

Subject to applicable law, we shall not be liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses arising from the use, installation, or inability to use our products.

Our liability shall be limited to the value of the product purchased, except where liability cannot legally be limited.

Intellectual Property

All designs, drawings, CAD files, photographs, documentation, and other intellectual property created by or on behalf of Busso Engineering remain our property unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Products supplied may not be copied, reproduced, reverse engineered, or commercially manufactured without prior written permission.

Changes to This Notice

We reserve the right to update this legal notice from time to time. The latest version will be made available through our website or other appropriate channels.
